Edit multiple activities at once

You can limit the target to a set of activities (calendar selection), then apply bulk editing or quick actions from the menu.

Note — Multiple selection on the calendar is not available on the free GO plan; it requires a paid plan (LIGHT, PRO, BUSINESS, or SÉRÉNITÉ).

Select multiple activities

  1. With Shift: on the main calendar, hold Shift and click an activity to enable selection mode. Each subsequent click adds or removes the activity.
  2. From the menu: use Select… to toggle the same mode. Click activities (calendar or à la carte / permanent tiles) to check them. Click Select… again to exit.

While at least one activity is selected, bulk operations apply only to that selection.

Edit multiple fields at once

  1. Menu Edit…: after counting activities, a bulk edit window opens.
  2. Fields are usually greyed out; click each field to change to unlock it, enter the value, then save.
  3. Only unlocked fields are applied to all targeted activities.

Beyond a certain number of activities, the app may refuse the action (safety limit). Existing registrants do not automatically receive an email for this type of change.

Quick actions

The menu also offers grouped settings without opening the full form: resource assignment, add / remove category, customer form update, automatic payouts, slot exclusivity, customer notifications, booking open or closed, archiving, etc.

Common issues

  • Select… inactive: check your plan (paid plan required, not GO).
  • Edit refused: reduce the number of selected activities.
  • Drag and drop to reorganize the schedule: Use drag and drop.
