Create your first activity

An activity is a concrete slot in your calendar (class, outing, rental…). It is the basis for bookings and day-to-day operations in Activiteez.

From Schedule

Method 1 — drag and drop (if you already have an activity template):

1. Open Schedule.
2. Drag an activity template from the toolbar onto the calendar at the desired time.
3. Adjust the duration, complete the form, and save.

Method 2 — create on the fly:

1. Click + New Activity.
2. Enter at least a title, start date, and end date (description, location, and image are optional).
3. To allow online registration: set capacity, price, and booking mode, then save.
