Embed Activiteez on your website
Use Embed on my website to choose activities, preview the display, generate HTML code or a link, then install it on your site with your webmaster if needed.
Online booking on your website (widget, iframe, link) or via your Activiteez space — integration tool, HTML code, with or without payment.
Online booking can be offered in several ways: depending on whether you already have a website, and the layout you want (activity list, calendar, map, simple link…). This section covers everything that lets you expose your catalog and slots to the public, without sending visitors through a generic flow disconnected from your brand.
If you have a site (WordPress, Wix, custom site, etc.), you can embed Activiteez directly in your pages: widget, iframe, or link depending on your CMS and page layout. The goal is for visitors to book without leaving your journey — your branding, navigation, and URL.
Activiteez provides an integration tool (menu “Embed on my website” in the app). It guides you to choose placement on a page, preview the result, then generate the HTML code to copy onto your site. Guides in this section walk through that flow step by step and explain differences between display modes.
If you do not have a site — or not yet — you can still offer online booking through your personal Activiteez space (often called a mini-site in the app): a dedicated Activiteez page you customize and share by link (social media, email signature, QR code, Google listing…). Same booking logic; only the channel changes: Activiteez page instead of embedding on your domain.
The integration mode (widget, iframe, Activiteez space…) defines where and how the customer sees your activities. Whether booking happens with online payment (card, deposit…) or without immediate payment (registration, pay on site, manual approval…) depends on the booking modes you set on each activity. Those settings are explained in Bookings; here the focus is making them available in the right place — on your site or via your Activiteez link.
The guides and FAQs focus on web integration: using the tool to generate and install code, comparing layouts (list, calendar, map…), sharing your Activiteez space if you do not embed on a third-party site. The booking journey (ticket, form, registration modes) is in Bookings; payment and invoicing are in Point of sale and Payments & invoicing.
Use Embed on my website to choose activities, preview the display, generate HTML code or a link, then install it on your site with your webmaster if needed.
Activiteez offers several ways to display your activities and online booking. You can preview each mode from Embed on my website, then generate the matching code or link.
| Mode | Display | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Booking space | Activiteez panel embedded in a page on your site | Catalogue always visible on your site (list or calendar, depending on configuration) |
| Popup button | Activiteez window opened on click from a button or link on your page | “Book now” button, banner, or CTA without taking the full page |
| Standalone link | Activiteez page opened via a dedicated URL (not an embed) | Link in email, social post, signature, or simple button |
The standalone link does not embed the module in your page HTML: it redirects to Activiteez with the activities you selected in the integration tool.
To install code on your site (iframe, script, copy-paste): Embed Activiteez on your website. For choosing with or without online payment on booking: Choose a booking mode.
