Choose a booking mode
Each activity can allow one or more ways to register. The choice is made in the « Pricing, Bookings » tab when editing the activity.
Where to configure modes
- Open edit for the relevant activity.
- Go to the « Pricing, Bookings » tab.
- Check one or more booking modes, then save.
If you enable several modes, the customer (or operator at the desk) chooses which one to use when registering.
No mode selected
With no option checked, the activity stays visible, but only you (or a collaborator on your account) can create registrations via Quick booking. Useful for informational display or internal-only reservations.
Available modes
Online payment
Anyone can register; registration is confirmed only after payment by card or PayPal.
- Set a price and amount to pay (deposit or full amount).
- Payment goes through Stripe, which pays out to you minus Stripe and Activiteez fees.

Password
People who know the password you set can register without creating an account or signing in. You, as the provider, must share that password with authorized people (email, on-site display, intranet, etc.): Activiteez does not send it automatically.
Open to all — email verification
Anyone can register with a valid email. Registration is validated when they confirm their address by clicking the link in the message.
Open to all — organizer validation
Anyone can register. You manually approve each request from the management interface (booking list or registration record).
Members
Only authenticated people in your premium customer base can register. If you specify a membership type, only holders of that type are admitted.
- To debit membership credit on registration, check the corresponding option: the booking total then becomes €0 (the place is taken via membership, not a standard payment).
Partners (agents)
People you designated as partners in Settings → Partners (or Book → My partners) can place bookings for you once the link is Active on both sides.
- Each activity must also have Partners mode checked under Pricing, Bookings.
