Manage your schedule (instructor)
This guide is for instructors, guides, or resources whose organization already uses Activiteez. You manage your availability and view assigned activities from your own account (free plan).
Instructor account
- Go to activiteez.com.
- Sign in, or ask the organization to invite you if you do not have an account yet.
Share availability with the organization
- Settings → Preferences → Partners.
- Under They can view my calendar, add the organization’s contact email.
- The organization must also add your email under Settings → Preferences → Instructors.
Once linked, the organization sees your availability and can assign you (rotation, calendar, etc.).
Set your availability
- Open My schedule.
- Drag an Available event onto the dates when you are free.
- Remove availability if your situation changes — the organization sees updates in real time.
If another Activiteez organization assigns you to an activity, organizations with access to your calendar see the update. You do not need to add a duplicate unavailability entry in that case.
Track your activities
- Email: notification when assigned, then a report the day before (participants, location, balance due, equipment…).
- My schedule: live details on desktop or mobile by clicking the activity.
Invoicing (optional)
After the session, you can issue invoices from Activiteez (single session or grouped), including for customers who do not use Activiteez. PDF export and income / expense tracking are built in.
