Assign an instructor or guide

To assign an instructor or guide, they need an Activiteez account and must have shared their calendar with you (see the instructor availability FAQ).

Drag and drop on the calendar

1. Open Schedule and show the Instructors toolbar.
2. Drag the instructor onto the activity to assign.

From Schedule / Instructors

1. Open Schedule → Instructors.
2. Select the activity, then move it onto the instructor’s row.

From the activity form

1. Open the activity in Schedule and click Edit.
2. Instructors and payouts tab: add or remove one or more instructors.
3. Save.
