Cash register permissions and rights
Day-to-day register use
Operations that create or change financial and cash register entries (tickets, payments, openings / closings, etc.) require write access on Finances.
For a secondary login (Settings → Preferences → Account → Secondary logins):
- Finances must be at least Read and Write;
- Read alone is not enough;
- Read, Write, Accounting (…) also works.
The primary login generally keeps the required access.
When NF525 compliance is active, an NF525 alias per login may be required in the secondary logins table (identification on receipts without showing the email).
Enable NF525 or change register preferences
The preferences screen (identification data, cash register module, NF525 activation) is only available with Preferences → Administration (canPref) for a secondary login. Reports only or - levels do not give access to this section.
Archives and restitutions
Access to fiscal archives and sensitive functions (restitutions, depending on your plan) depends on permissions and menus shown for the logged-in profile.
