Configure Brevo or Mailjet and sync contacts

Activiteez can sync customer contacts with Brevo or Mailjet: automatic add on registration, or export from a financial report. Connection is set up under Settings β†’ CRM panel (CRM provider: Brevo or Mailjet).

This guide covers Brevo. For Mailjet: select Mailjet as the provider, enter the public API key and secret, then use the same activity triggers and Customers β†’ Add to a list menu (labels follow the chosen provider).

Prerequisites (Brevo): Brevo account with at least one contact list; Activiteez BUSINESS or SÉRÉNITÉ plan; v3 API key with contacts and lists permissions.

Configure the Brevo connection

Step 1 β€” API key in Brevo

  1. Log in to Brevo.
  2. Open Settings β†’ SMTP & API β†’ API keys.
  3. Create an API key (xkeysib-… format) and copy it immediately.

Step 2 β€” Allow IP address

On recent Brevo accounts, IP security is often enabled by default. Without authorization, API calls return 401 Unauthorized.

  1. In Brevo: Settings β†’ Security β†’ Authorized IPs.
  2. Add the outbound public IP of the server running Activiteez (production: hosting server IP, not your workstation).
  3. Confirm the Validate your IP address email if Brevo requests it.

Step 3 β€” Key in Activiteez

  1. Open Activiteez Settings / Preferences.
  2. Enter the Brevo API key in the dedicated field.
  3. Save preferences.

Brevo options then become visible (activity triggers, report export, etc.).

Feed a Brevo list

Method 1 β€” On each registration (trigger)

  1. Edit the activity (or activity template).
  2. In Triggers (actions at end of booking), choose Add to a Brevo list on the first or second trigger.
  3. In the Option field (list id): click the list button to pick a Brevo list, or enter the numeric list id.
  4. Save the activity.

On each confirmed registration with a valid email, the contact is created or updated in Brevo and added to the list.

Method 2 β€” Bulk from a report

  1. Open Finance / Report with desired filters.
  2. Menu Customers β†’ Add to a Brevo list.
  3. Choose the list in the dialog.
  4. Confirm: Activiteez sends unique emails from the report to that list.

Alternative: Customers β†’ Export Mailing list (CSV), then native Brevo import.

If the contact already exists in Brevo, they are added to the chosen list without duplicate list enrollment.

Do not share the API key; regenerate if in doubt. Create lists in Brevo before selecting them in Activiteez.
