First steps, profile choice, and essential setup to get up and running with Activiteez quickly.
Activiteez is an all-in-one platform for leisure and outdoor professionals: scheduling, bookings, customer management, point of sale, invoicing, and accounting. This section gives you an overview before you dive into the detailed guides by topic.
Professionals (guide agencies, schools, sports organizations, independent instructors…) use Activiteez to organize and sell their activities, take payments, invoice, and run their business day to day. That is the main use case documented in this help center.
Individuals (end customers) use Activiteez through a professional who has chosen the platform to manage clients and bookings: finding providers, booking, and tracking activity from the mobile app. In that case, questions about registration, payment, or cancellation should be handled first with the professional who served you — not with Activiteez support, which does not intervene in the commercial relationship between you and your provider.
The blocks below match the main support sections. Each can be enabled or expanded depending on your business; the guides in each section walk through procedures step by step.
The core of the product: define what you offer (activities, packages, recurrence, activity templates) and who is available when (guides, instructors, equipment). The shared calendar offers day, week, or month views, drag-and-drop, filters, and Google Calendar sync to coordinate team and resources without double entry.
Taking a slot by your customers or your team: online booking (website, iframe, dedicated link), at the counter, via an agent, or in several steps on the same ticket. You control display modes and which activities are visible before booking.
A centralized address book for individual or business customers, members, suppliers, and partners: categories, groups, custom fields, account balances, subscriptions and top-up cards, linked to registrations and the point of sale.
On-site payments integrated with Activiteez: sales, split payments, debiting a customer account or subscription, product catalog and stock. The NF525-certified cash register module (SÉRÉNITÉ plan or add-on) meets French legal requirements for recording payments.
Enabling online payment, quotes, invoices, reminders, and refunds — the customer-facing financial cycle, upstream of or alongside the point of sale.
Every financial operation leaves a traceable entry; reports, customizable chart of accounts, CSV or FEC exports for your accountant, guide and agent payouts.
Working with other organizations or agents who book on your behalf, with commission rules and visibility on shared activities.
Embedding the booking module on your website (widget, iframe, link) so visitors stay in your journey.
Not every feature is included in every plan. Activiteez offers several plans (LIGHT, PRO, BUSINESS, SÉRÉNITÉ, plus a free GO tier with basic features): online booking, invoicing, NF525 cash register, advanced resource management, accounting exports, etc. depend on your plan and add-ons.
You can change plans at any time as your season or organization grows. Plan and optional module details are on the Pricing page.
Beyond the structure’s main account (settings, Activiteez billing, global permissions), several people can work with their own Activiteez login to access a professional’s account:
These profiles do not replace the main account: they let everyone work at the right permission level without sharing one password. The Account & users section explains these roles in detail.
Priority setup in Settings > Preferences: business identity, legal details (invoices, receipts), categories, and VAT.
The right choice depends mainly on how you work: alone (or nearly so), or with a team, partners, and several instructors? Activiteez combines an account type (Free, independent structure, or pro grouping) and a subscription plan (GO, LIGHT, PRO, BUSINESS, SÉRÉNITÉ). You can try the essentials for free, then change your plan at any time — pricing details are on the Pricing page.
You work alone and do not need to sell your own activities on Activiteez
You are starting a small business on a limited budget
You work alone or with very few people and manage your own bookings (independent instructor, small school, structure that sells its services directly). Choose the Independent account type, then a paid plan based on your financial needs:
LIGHT is enough if you mainly want to schedule, take bookings, and track customers. PRO fits when invoicing, payments, and exports for accounting become central.
Several people are involved (front desk, instructors, partners, agents, an office that organizes for other pros). Choose the Pro grouping account type if you coordinate or federate several providers, then a plan suited to team size:
BUSINESS suits a growing structure with a team and partner network. SÉRÉNITÉ targets organizations with stronger needs around cash register compliance, accounting, and season management with many instructors.
The Activiteez team helps you validate this choice when setting up your account (demo and initial configuration).
