Invoice a customer's entries

This flow lets you list a customer’s entries, then select some of them to group on one invoice.

Note: only entries with status confirmed are eligible. Lines already linked to a validated invoice or an in-progress draft are excluded from grouping.

Procedure

  1. Open Finances, then Customer entries.
  2. Enter the customer name; pick the record from the suggestions.
  3. Click OK to display all entries.
  4. Click Analyze: the detailed view lists one line per operation.
  5. Check confirmed entries that are not yet invoiced to include.
  6. Selection menu β†’ Add to invoice.
  7. Choose New invoice or a provisional document in progress for that customer.
  8. Confirm OK; continue editing or issuing as usual β€” see Create a quote or invoice.

Common issues

  • No suggestions: spelling or create the customer record first.
  • Analyze or Selection unavailable: Finances permissions with write access.
  • Fewer lines than expected: lines not confirmed or already invoiced.
  • Entry not confirmed: confirm it first (booking, cash register, etc.).
