Designate a partner or booking agent
Add an agent in Settings → Partners, open activities to Partners mode, configure commissions and tracking in Book → My partner commissions.
Commercial partners, booking agents, commissions, and visibility on shared activities.
In practice, you work with partners — another organization, a tourist office, accommodation provider, reseller… — who book for you on part of your catalog, under commission and visibility rules you define. In Activiteez, partner and agent mean the same thing: the technical role is agent (an external account that places bookings on your behalf from its own workspace).
This is not a secondary login (internal collaborator) or an instructor/resource on the calendar: the agent does not run your account; they book on the offerings you open to them. See the FAQ secondary login, agent, and instructor/resource.
Setup relies on a mutual link: you designate the agent on your Activiteez account; they must accept the link on theirs (active status). Without this two-sided validation, they cannot see or book your activities.
Then, each relevant activity must allow the Partners booking mode: designating an agent does not make your whole calendar bookable by them. You can also restrict scope (preference list, activity categories).
For each agent, you can set a fixed commission and/or a percentage on bookings they generate. Activiteez calculates these amounts; tracking and marking as “paid” happen in the app, without actual transfers — financial settlement stays between you and your partner.
The guides and FAQs cover the partnership lifecycle: designating an agent, opening activities to partner mode, accepting the link and booking from the agent workspace, visibility on the shared calendar, troubleshooting blocks, and commission tracking. The booking journey (ticket, registration modes, form) is in Bookings; rights and roles on the Activiteez account are in Account & users.

Accept the Active link offered by the organizer, sign in (partner access or Book menu), view the shared schedule, and confirm bookings.
To add an agent to your Activiteez account:
If the email is linked to a Google or Facebook account, the agent can sign in with that provider. Otherwise, an Activiteez account must be created with that email.
For commissions, access scope, and the full setup, see the guide Designate a booking partner or agent.

If an agent cannot book on your behalf, see How do I check that an agent or partner can book an activity for me?. For initial setup, see the guide Designate a booking partner or agent.
