Choose a booking mode
Configure one or more modes in each activity's « Pricing, Bookings » tab: online payment, open to all, members, password, or partners.
Booking modes, online booking, counter, agents, and gift vouchers — the full customer journey before payment.
A booking is first and foremost a registration on an activity: the customer (or your team) reserves a slot, a place, or an offering you defined on the calendar. In everyday language people sometimes say order; in Activiteez, the unit that groups these registrations is called the ticket.
The ticket is the unique identifier for one or more bookings on your Activiteez account. It is the backbone of the booking journey: every registration is attached to a ticket, whether the booking was made online, at the counter, or by an agent.
One ticket can group several bookings across several activities — for example a morning course and an afternoon rental for the same person, or several registrations for a group. You add slots to the ticket as you go (“Add to ticket” rather than “Book” alone); once the ticket is complete, you can take payment or invoice according to your settings.
Do not confuse this booking ticket with the cash register receipt (fiscal ticket): the first organizes registrations; the second belongs to certified payment recording, described in the Point of sale section.
A booking can be created by several actors:
Depending on the activity, you configure one or more booking modes (open to all, members, partners, card payment, password, etc.): the customer or operator chooses the right mode at registration. See the guide Choose a booking mode.
During booking, the customer can fill in a customizable form (contact details, business questions, attachments as needed). If the place was taken at the counter without an on-site form, the customer can often complete details later online — useful for quick front-desk service while keeping a complete record.
The guides and FAQs here cover the full booking journey: registration modes, online or counter booking, agents and partners, multi-activity tickets, forms, and gift vouchers. Payment, invoicing, and the NF525 cash register receipt are covered in Point of sale once the booking ticket is ready.
Configure one or more modes in each activity's « Pricing, Bookings » tab: online payment, open to all, members, password, or partners.
Start by confirming you are dealing with the correct customer record (name, email) and ask for proof of payment: is it a real payment confirmation (receipt, Stripe confirmation email, bank statement showing a completed debit) or only a copy of an attempt (intermediate page, authorization not finalized)?
Open Finances → Customer’s entries…, enter the customer’s name, then Analyze.
This can happen if payment arrived after the option expired, if the activity was changed or cancelled between the start of the booking and payment completion, or if the ticket remained pending payment.
If the booking is still visible (status “to confirm” or “pending payment”):
If the booking no longer appears on the activity:
For the Finances workflow in detail: Invoice a customer’s entries.
Check directly on dashboard.stripe.com (Stripe account connected to Activiteez) whether the payment succeeded.
For SEPA direct debits (debit visible to the customer before final confirmation), see also How do I know if my customer was debited via Stripe SEPA?.
To let clients complete the registration form for a booking taken at the counter, send them the supplementary fields form by email from the booking.

To let clients book directly:
To pick the mode that fits your activity, see the guide Choose a booking mode.
To enable online payment on an activity:
Prerequisite: a Stripe account connected in your preferences — see the guide Enable online payment. For booking modes in detail, see Choose a booking mode.
