Configure activity pricing options

Pricing options complement or replace the activity price per person (or defined unit). Each line has a type, label, price or discount, quantities / minimums as applicable, a customer message at booking, and advanced settings (time window, resources, Private to hide the option from direct web bookings).
Procedure
- Open activity editing.
- Go to the Capacity, Pricing, Booking tab.
- Next to the base price, click Options….
- Add one or more lines; for each, choose the type, enter label, amount or discount, and customer message if needed.
- Configure advanced options (time validity, resources, Private).
- Save the activity.
The base price remains the main rate; options complement or replace it depending on the type chosen.
Option types

| Group pack | Pack price instead of per-person price; fixed quantity |
| Private booking | No quantity: block price, activity treated as full |
| Duration | Price linked to duration (slots or minutes) and quantity |
| Equipment | Global quantity for the group (e.g. shared rental) |
| Equipment x duration | Equipment with duration taken into account |
| Group option | Checkbox option: one amount for the whole group |
| Participant option | Checkbox option: amount per participant |
| Duration x participant option | Option per participant and per slot |
| Volume discount | Discount from a minimum quantity |
| Cart volume discount | Same principle on the whole cart |
| Discount coupon | Discount on valid code entry |
| Price list | Amount from a point-of-sale item chosen by the customer |
Exact labels may vary slightly by interface version; inline help in the pricing options panel describes them at entry time.
