Book as a partner
This guide is for the agent or partner (reseller, tourist office, host…) invited by a professional to book for them on Activiteez. You work from your account; the organizer must designate you first — see Designate a partner or booking agent.
Prerequisites
- The organizer added you with your name and email in Settings → Partners (or Book → My partners).
- You received, if applicable, an email with credentials and a sign-in link.
- Each activity you must book allows Partners mode on the organizer’s side.
Procedure — accept the partnership
- Sign in at Activiteez with your user account.
- Open Settings → Partners (list They can book for me… / I can book for… depending on your interface).
- Find the organizer who designated you and check Active to accept the link.
Without this step, their activities do not appear in your booking space.
Procedure — access the schedule
- Without a full Activiteez account: when signing in, use Partner access in the menu under your name — simplified page to manage your bookings.
- With an Activiteez account: Book → My partners’ activities (or select the organizer’s account in the banner).
The schedule shows their activities in real time:

You can select or hide one or more partners in the top banner to clarify the view. Color coding can be customized in Preferences → Presentation.
Procedure — place a booking
- Click the activity on the schedule.
- Click Book, fill in the form (customer details, options).
- Confirm the booking.
The organizer and customer receive a confirmation email. If commissions are configured, they are calculated automatically.
View your bookings under Book → Bookings placed (filter by organizer and month). The organizer has the same data under My partner commissions.
Common issues
- No activities visible: Active link not validated, Partners mode missing on the activity, or category not allowed — see the partner activities FAQ.
- Book button unavailable: activity full (red) or slot closed.
You can be an agent for several organizers: switch account or partner selection in Book to move from one professional to another.
