Payments & invoicing

How do I enable Apple Pay for online payments?

Apple Pay appears in the Stripe form on the ticket if your Stripe account allows it. There is nothing extra to tick in Activiteez beyond online payment.

Stripe setup

Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard of the account linked to Activiteez (not another account).

  1. Open Settings β†’ Payment methods.
  2. Confirm Cards is enabled. Enable the Apple Pay wallet and, if offered, Google Pay.
  3. Open Payment method domains.
  4. Click Add a new domain and enter activiteez.com (no https://, no /).

The Apple verification file is already hosted by Activiteez, so Stripe can validate the domain as soon as you add it. Stripe reference: register a domain.

On the customer side

Apple Pay only appears if the customer pays in Safari (iPhone, iPad, or Mac) with at least one card in Apple Wallet, on the ticket opened on activiteez.com (not an embedded iframe widget).

On Chrome or Android, Google Pay appears instead of Apple Pay.

If the button does not appear

  • Domain activiteez.com missing or disabled in Stripe.
  • Browser other than Safari, or an empty Wallet.
  • Stripe account not verified.
  • Payment page in an iframe (embedded site): wallets are disabled there.

If the Payment method domains page is unavailable, contact support.
