Where do I manage my images and files?
Open Settings → Images and files. This section (Premium / Pro plans) shows the account media library: upload, open in a new tab, delete.
You no longer have to open files only from an activity image field or a form: the library is its own screen.
If the row is missing on the left, your plan does not include it, or your login does not have preferences administration. To find the section: How do I find a setting in Settings?. Overview: Navigate account settings.
