What is the difference between an agent and sharing an instructor’s calendar?
These are two distinct links.
Agent (booking partner) — Settings → Agents. The person places bookings on your activities (Partners mode). They do not necessarily share their personal calendar. Invite, accept, decline: Designate a partner or booking agent.
Calendar sharing (instructor / guide / resource) — Settings → Guides (label depends on your account). Status Sharing inactive: Request activation. The instructor receives {your account} is asking you to share your calendar. Once Sharing enabled, you see their availability to assign them — without a right to sell their activities.
